NB Summer Camps provide fresh opportunities for faith walks with your children.

Summer is a time for relaxing, taking a break from school and spending time with family. With all the extra free time that summer brings it also brings an opportunity for increased family faith talks. Planning now what spiritual studies your family will participate in this summer may bring great reward.

Our Faith walks and the conversations we will have about Jesus will be increased this summer with added free time. At New Beginnings we iimagine a household where the Gospel naturally flows out of regular life experiences. We dream of a family where the grace of God is rehearsed in our daily lives.

Faith Walks are all family activities, projects, and places where God is observed and discussed.

Would you consider joining your children at one of our summer camp opportunities this year. At camp you will find a week of unlimited Faith Walks and Faith talks with your children as they hear focused preaching throughout the week. See our list of camps below and talk to your Family Pastors about joining your children along at camp as a sponsor. You may just find the most profitable family faith talks and walks during this time away. Can’t make it to camp this summer? Plan your own focused family walk/ talk experience by taking a day hike to one of our local parks or get some time out on the lake and look for opportunities to share your faith and discuss what your children have been learning and discovering about their faith.

New Beginnings Church Camp Schedules

Kids DAY Camp (1st & 2nd grades)

Day Camp is for children who have completed the first and second grade. Children must attend with a church group, and 1 sponsor is required for every 7 campers. Campers will camp for the first time, take part in Bible studies, play with other kids, discover nature, learn important character traits, and sing new songs. Please submit a Camp Application for this camp.

·         For: Kids who have completed 1st & 2nd grades

·         Date: July 29th-31st

·         Cost: $75 (payment due by July 1st)

·         Forms: NB Activity Participant Form

·         Location: Tulakogee Conference Center in Wagoner, OK

KMAK (3rd & 4th grades)

What is KMAK? It’s the “Kids Mission Adventure Kamp” for children who have completed 3rd through 4th grade. Your children will experience: Bible studies, church group devotions, meeting missionaries and learning about missions, fellowship and fun with other campers, experiencing God’s creation in nature, learning character traits, and new music and lessons. We have a limited 30 spots for each camp so sign your children up soon. Please submit a Camp Application for this camp.

·         Date: July 22nd – 26th

·         Cost: $160 (payment due July 1st)

·         Forms: NB Activity Participant Form

·         Location: Tulakogee Conference Center in Wagoner, OK

Wired Middle School Summer Retreat

The purpose of the Summer Retreat is to challenge Wired students to take ownership of their faith and learn what it means to live by the power of the Gospel. The retreat will be at Sky Ranch located in the breathtaking surrounding of Northeastern Oklahoma. Sky Ranch Cave Springs provides an environment that enables guests to focus on God while enjoying the natural beauty around them.

For: Wired Students entering 5th - 8th grades
Application: Fill out the online Camp Application
Forms: Sky Ranch Form and NB Activity Form (submit to the Church Office or to Matt Fowler)
Date: May 30th - June 1st
Deposit: $35 due ASAP
Cost: $100 due by May 22nd
*total cost of $135 ($115 for multiple siblings)

High School Summer Camp

We are so excited about "Camp" this summer and the amazing changes we've made. ONLY High School will be attending this event (incoming freshman up to exiting seniors). An entire camp just for our group (Camp Big Cedars, Southeast of Norman). There are individual cabin areas for each discipleship group. This combined with all of the keys to summer camp: competition (volleyball, ultimate, basketball, etc.), a week away from "life," great speakers, awesome t-shirts, a dynamic kitchen team, etc. You do not want to miss our best summer experience yet!
